As you are no doubt aware, The Ridge SCIO is in the process of arranging a CAT (Community Asset Transfer) from East Lothian Council (ELC) for the Black Bull Close buildings. To support a smooth transfer we have been advised to make small changes to our Constitution and as a membership organisation we need to inform you of our intent to do so and ensure that you are happy with the changes.
