The Ridge worked with Stirling Community Enterprise and Historic Environment Scotland (HES) in a bid to the Skills Development Scotland to receive National Transition Training Fund (NTTF) monies. The Ridge will be offering NTTF training to individuals from throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians but what is NTTF training?
The aim of this training is to help people prepare for a new career by offering short training opportunities for in-demand skills. Here at the Ridge we are focussing on traditional skills as our practical delivery and will combine this with employability training and construction site visits.
The training is open to anyone over 25 under threat of redundancy or who has already been made redundant any time since 1 March 2020.
