Recruiting – Junior Administrator

Overview
Do you have administrative skills and a passion for helping others? Are you a strong communicator who enjoys working with a variety of people?

We’re looking for a Junior Administrator to join our friendly Finance and Administration team at The Ridge. This is a part-time role offering the opportunity to make a real difference within the charity sector.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that plays a vital role in keeping our organisation running smoothly – helping us achieve our goals and empower our clients to reach their full potential. 

Requirements & Skills
We’d love to hear from you if you are:

  • Friendly, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, both in writing and in person
  • Committed to delivering a high level of service to colleagues, clients, members, and board members

Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential, above all, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn.

Position
Part-Time – 21 hours per week
Real living wage rate of £13.45 per hour
