Just in case you missed it….

In December of last year in the run up to the election, we played host to Guardian journalist, John Harris (@JohnHarris1969) as part of his tour of the country – Anywhere but Westminster.

Thanks to everyone who suggested us to John as a place to visit to see first hand the effects of austerity within our community and how our community is working together to ease the burden of hardship on individuals.

Thanks also to the strangers from up and down the country who were so moved by our work and the story of our community that they donated cash to help us.

Thanks to our staff and volunteers who bravely stood in front of camera and microphone to tell their story.
